A very well-established Phoenix, Arizona based architectural metals company is looking for experienced TIG Welders/Installers for Denver, Colorado. This company does high-end, custom metal projects and construction related projects for many companies in Arizona and throughout the country and they are seeking candidates with excellent welding and installation backgrounds for positions in Denver. The company is an excellent one to work for and they continue to grow at an impressive rate! In addition to work in the United States, the company has also done work for clients abroad. This position, however, will be Denver-based with no travel required. TIG Welder Requirements Experience welding non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. Experience welding, brazing and cutting using gas and electric welding equipment. Read and understand fabrication drawings and weld symbols. Maintain a safe work area. Wear Protective equipment at all times while working. Clean and prepare surfaces to be welded, set-up, assemble and tack-weld parts. Assist in cutting/finishing/installing parts as required. Maintain equipment and keep work area clean. Inspect personal work for accuracy. Follow quality control procedures. Verify correct metal alloys are used in materials. Carpentry/Power Saw experience is definitely a plus. Skill Requirements Prefer two years of TIG Welding experience. General knowledge of standard welding processes and practices. Protective equipment is required and must be worn at all times when working.
