The Job Opportunity:
Henry Bros. seeks Lead Installation and Service Technicians for its Arizona region. This position performs tasks of an installation technician and that of service technician. The candidate must possess superior technical skills, adaptability, sound judgment and the ability to act independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and customer support.
Provide customer with additional training and information.
Preventive maintenance and repair service in accordance with maintenance agreement or warranty.
Submit requisition for parts needed.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Follow company safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures.
Availability to be on-call after normal working hours, weekends and holidays.
Required to work overtime as necessary to restore vital security components/systems.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Neatly maintain time card, job ticket information and documents all work accurately.
Installation of CCTV and Access Control Equipment and ancillary equipment.
Installation and pulling of wires and cables.
Termination and Testing of installed equipment.
Programming of system head end.
Troubleshoot any system level or individual equipment problems.
Supervise apprentices, subcontractors and less experienced employees.
Assist project manager in coordination of efforts and cooperation with other trades.
Perform to company, customer and manufacturer's standards.
Assist engineering and project management from start to finish.
Document activities on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate and/or 2 years experience in system installation.
Thorough understanding of electrical theory.
Basic mathematical skills.
Computer proficiency.
Verbal and written communications skills sufficient to express ideas and technical concepts to customers and co-workers.
Ability to organize workload.
Ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures.
Strong teamwork skills.
Results driven.
Valid driver's license.
