Residential Warranty Inspector

Sub-Contractor needed to perform residential entry door and window warranty inspections and repairs. Most common repairs include: slab replacements, insert replacements, door panel repairs, window repairs, weather stripping replacement, some total installs.
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:Must be 18 years of age
Able to pass background check
Do not have any felony convictions in the past 7 years
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as you will be required to pick up parts from retailers and/or distributors
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to travel
Must have working knowledge of residential door and window installations and repairs
Must have contractors liability insurance
Must be able to complete a W9
Must be computer literate
Complete daily activities communicated on a PDA (company to furnish)
