Property Manager (DT7002) - resp for daily operations of apartment community in Salisbury, MD incl. general administration, coordinating maintenance and marketing of apartments.

Maintenance (DT2003) – resp for daily and routine upkeep of all the project grounds and common areas as well as the preventative maintenance of all apartment units for a complex in lower DE.

REQUIREMENTS
Property Manager (DT7002) - Must promote cooperative relationships with the public, private, and non-profit sectors as well as coordinate appropriate tenant services and programs. Associates /Bachelor Degree preferred. Must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English).

Maintenance (DT2003) – HS diploma or GED; one yr exp; Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. HVAC cert a plus; good organizational and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work irregular hours with a multi-cultural, low to moderate-income clientele.
