Production Technician

Ozarka Spring Water, a division of Nestle Waters North America, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Production Technician.
This position is a "casual" position, temporary, with the possibility of going to full time.
This individual will perform machine operation, preventive maintenance and changeovers, production and downtime tracking and sanitation in a team based production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and changeover bottling and packaging equipment
*Load raw materials and remove dunnage
*Unload received trailers
*Keep line operating by inputting empties and removing full product
*Perform quality checks and interpret data
*Coordinate quality issues with suppliers
*Trouble shoot equipment problems, make basic repairs and document adjustments
*Read and use manual diagrams
*Utilize mathematics
*Operate sanitation equipment (central CIP, foamers, power washers, etc.
*Comply with sanitation procedures
*Monitor and log all bottling equipment
REQUIREMENTS
*2 or more years mechanical experience
*Strong understanding of equipment troubleshooting and repair
*2 or more years experience operating production equipment
*Ability to drive a powered industrial lift truck
*Ability to work self directed
*Ability to lift 50 pounds
