This individual manages and administers multi-year outsource contract with utility customer. They develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers while protecting the interests of Itron through a partnership cultivated by providing world class service, hence increasing profitability for Itron.
REQUIREMENTS
Ensure compliance with all aspects of the contract between Itron and the utility.
Develop work schedule and monitor work of field personnel for accuracy and completion.
Evaluate methods and processes for improvement.
Provide daily communication to utility to correct data errors, identify hard to access accounts and assist with the resolution of utility issues.
Review budget and monitor expenses.
Utilize preventive maintenance program for the vehicles and equipment.
Review service contracts for competitive prices.
Coordinate and assist in the resolution of HR issues, hiring, training, terminations and disciplinary actions.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and administer the RMA process.
Perform timely processing of billing invoices and P-card reconciliation .

Education: Associates Degree
