Maintenance Technician and Assistant

Townhouse community looking to fill two positions:1)This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and building repair in a townhouse and condominium environment. Looking for mature persons , all around "handy person" with a positive attitude, that can do the job right the first time. Skills desired: Plumbing, HVAC, tile setting, carpentry, electricity.Duties include:1)Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for building operations, including plumbing systems, appliances, electrical repair,HVAC and other multi craft maintenance assignments;2)Renovating and preparing vacant units to "move in condition"3)Ground maintenance
40 hour work week, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
