Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance personnel to provide routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance of equipment, facilities, and to insure the economical and efficient operations of the Concentrator Department.

Monitor employee behavior and plant operating conditions to ensure safe working environment consistent with company, local, state, and federal safety standards. Inspects equipment and assist maintenance planner and operations personnel in developing preventative maintenance programs resulting in lower costs and operating downtime. Plan and design daily repair work to ensure the effective utilization of manpower, materials and equipment. Supervise craftsman and support personnel in field maintenance of all equipment resulting in a minimum of downtime and operating costs.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:

5 years supervisory experience required.
1 year Technical School required.
Working knowledge of mill and flotation circuits, thickener and filter equipment, pumps and cyclones of various types-sizes, crushing, conveying and screening. Computer skills required and MIMS experience preferred.
