Maintenance Manager

The Judge Group, Inc. is currently in search of a degreed Maintenance Manager for a growing USDA food manufacturer located in the Southwest. The individual hired must have at least 5 years of Facilities/Maintenance Management level experience. The Maintenance Manager should also possess knowledge of budgets, electronics and wastewater treatment. The Maintenance Manager must also be well versed in ammonia refrigeration. Intermediate level computer skills and practical hands-on knowledge of Food Manufacturing equipment is highly desirable. The individual hired will report to the plant manager and will be responsible for a 24/7 operation and will develop and implement and maintain the preventative maintenance program and budget to assure that equipment processes are according to plan and schedule. In addition, the person will assure that all equipment and processes are installed and maintained according to OSHA, EPA, and USDA standards. The individual will oversee a team of two maintenance supervisors and technicians and will receive a good starting salary, excellent bonuses, solid benefits and full relocation! The qualified candidate for the Maintenance Manager position MUST HAVE at least a 2 year degree, however a 4 year degree is highly desired. Experience requirements include the following:


-Food manufacturing, specifically USDA experience
-Minimum 5 years experience at the Facility/Maintenance Manager level
-Knowledge of budgets, electronics, and wastewater treatment
-Highly knowledgeable in ammonia refrigeration systems
-Experience with compliance/standards with respect to OSHA, EPA, and USDA
