Journey level HVAC Technician

Purpose: Opening for a JOURNEYLEVEL COMMERCIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN!!

-MUST have at least five years experience of commercial HVAC maintenance
-Experience with boilers and chillers up to 125 to 375 tons
-Familiar with DX systems, direct exchangers, water cooled systems, heat pumps and pneumatics
-Familiar with commercial brand units such as Liebert, Pomona, York, Trane, and Carrier.
-Must also be able to perform a wide variety of general facilities maintenance tasks related to plumbing and electrical
-MUST have universal EPA certificate
-MUST be able to pass a drug and background check

This is a Field Service Technician position, not an inhouse position!!
