Creative Communications Arizona's #1 two-way radio dealer is currently looking for an energetic, positive person to join our Service team as a Field Service Writer.

As a Field Service Writer you will be the liaison between the customer and the field service/technicians. You will schedule and provide communications for the field techs, prepare customer billing and other duties as required to provide the highest level of customer service.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Receive, record and distribute work orders to service crews upon customer's request for service,
Accurately record information such as name, addresses, and article to be repaired, or service to be rendered.
Relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments.
Communicate with customers regarding status changes in work; Set proper service level expectations with customers.
Prepare documentation and billing information.
Call or write customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will be high energy, possess excellent oral and written communications skills and thrive on variety and challenge.
High school education or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
Outstanding customer service, computer, multi-tasking and phone skills are a necessity.
