Field Service Helper

Purpose: A company in Livermore is currently looking for Field Service Helpers to assist Technicians with the installations and servicing of fire alarm systems for their clientele within the greater Bay Area. This person is responsible for performing all fire testing activities as assigned according to the prescribed guidelines and processes. Additionally, the Service Helper should complete assigned billing and paperwork within the allotted time.

On a day to day basis, this individual will do the following:
- Conduct fire tests according to the prescribed processes
- Interfacing with service management to ensure that all fire tests are
being scheduled.
- Reporting and performance tracking as designated by management
processes.
- Interfacing with customers on Customer Satisfaction issues.
- Completing fire tests forms as required.
