Custom Audio and Video Equipment Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY (Minimum 3 years Experience required.)

Set up and operate audio and video equipment including sound speakers, video screens,projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing
boards, and related electronic equipment for home entertainment systems. May also set up and operate associated Inferred Systems and other custom lighting systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and/or two to four years related experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

This position requires knowledge of Onkyo, Sony, Yamaha, Samsung, Sonamee, Spacecraft, Creston,Lutron Philips and other products that are installed in our customer’s homes. Must posse’s knowledge of
programming and installation of the many AV systems. Acceptable physical condition to enable crawling, bending stooping, kneeling, crouching reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, climbing, lifting 75
pounds, working with general hand tools and ladders is required. Must be able to read street maps and system design prints. Good math skills are needed. Good analytical skill and attention to detail are essential. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet timelines. A
valid driver’s license and good driving record are needed.
