Control Room Tender

The Control Room Tender monitors all panels and systems throughout facility to include: Monitor and respond to the EST fire alarm panel. Monitor and respond to the HVAC/R computer system. Monitor the Cuttler Hammer power monitoring computer system. Monitor the Russelectric switchgear control system computer. Monitor the generator enunciator panels. Monitor the UPS enunciator panels. Monitor all traffic in Control Room, have all persons entering room for any reason sign in and out. Receive all phone calls and list the incoming calls in the appropriate logs. Clean the monitor room at each shift. Monitor temperature readings throughout the building by physical checks and report back to the monitor room with verified extreme hi and low readings. Take readings of all equipment in the central plant and the boiler room and write the readings on the log sheets. Assist HVAC/R crew with scheduled maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
·High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be willing to learn different computer programs. Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must be able to write simple correspondence. Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers,clients, and other employees of the organization. Must undergo and successfully pass background investigation conducted by the San Manuel Gaming Commission to obtain a Class "B" Gaming License. Must have a valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.
