REQUIREMENTSTechnician will be required to produce an average of 7 units per day worked. Technician must test and evaluate hardware/software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibilityMust be responsive to both internal and external customers and team membersTechnician must take responsibility for his/her own actions, e.g., repairsMust be able to quickly and correctly identify common problems leading to proper analysis and repairShows initiative in getting the job done right the first time with a high level of qualityWill analyze test data and make appropriate repair determination based on information collected. After repair, the technician will ensure that the unit is operating within specificationsIn order to provide beneficial historical information, the Technician will document in the customer database, the repair work which was completed and the reason for the necessary repair, e.g., changed system board due to no powerAbility to work assigned shift and OT as necessaryOther duties as assigned by supervision or managementMaintain good attendance and punctualityMust have A+ Certification or greater

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A+ CertificationMinimum 1 year experience repairing computersSubject to Criminal Background Check and Drug TestBasic ElectronicsMechanical AptitudeSome travel requiredAbility to lift and move computer equipment
