Web Application Developer/Programmer

Growing web hosting company currently hiring fulltime qualified Web Application Developer/Programmer. Candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining a proprietary web application that is consumed both internally and externally.

Candidate’s responsibilities include project planning, documentation, coding and testing. Candidate will need the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment, as required. Must have excellent work ethic and attitude, the ability to multi-task, and to complete projects under strict deadlines. Salary based on experience. College degree preferred but not required. Potential advancement opportunities exist into a Supervisory / Sr. Developer role.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
-2+ years of professional programming/application development work experience
-Strong knowledge of Visual Studio 2003/2005, Web/Windows application/service development in ASP.NET
-Strong knowledge of C# and VB.NET required
-Strong knowledge of the .NET framework 1.1 and 2.0
-Strong knowledge of object-oriented principles
-Some knowledge of ASP, Javascript, PHP, PERL, Cold Fusion, XML a plus
-Strong knowledge of the Windows OS (Windows 2003 Server, IIS6, XP Professional
-Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005 a plus
-Experience managing and maintaining software products through multiple release versions
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with the SDLC and project management a plus
