Tier 2 Technical Support

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: Ensure a timely and effective phone support of various laptop and desktop devices in this Tier 2 environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Resolve issues by walking the client step by step through the process. This opportunity will provide 3 weeks of paid training prior to starting. You will need to have at least 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment.
