Technical Support Analyst

This includes analyzing and responding to technical issues encountered when running any of our Enterprise Systems Division's line of software packages (including Costpoint, Deltek Time Collection, Deltek Expense, and Employee Self Service). You would analyze clients' server, workstation, or web configuration for running all products on Oracle, SQLBase, or Microsoft SQLServer databases and recreate client issues in a similar environment, preparing and testing SQL scripts to repair client data issues, and identifying program errors.Our ideal candidate would have the following skills:
Coursework and/or experience in computer programming or database administration (preferably on Oracle or Microsoft SQLServer databases).
Experience with Costpoint is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting a web-enabled software application a plus
Knowledge of internet connectivity, web server deployment, WebLogic, Actuate, SSL, and firewalls preferable.
