Develops and maintains in-house applications related to existing and future call
mediation platforms. Resolves technical problems, including detailed analysis,
database design, process charts, network implications, impact to business
processes, and estimate for the level of effort required to provide the
solution.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from 4-year Institution preferably in a technical discipline
such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Mathematics.Recommended minimum of 2 - 3 years of practical experience with proven
