Location: 4000 W. Brown Deer Road,Brown Deer,WisconsinWe are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical individual to be part of our GB Home Equity team within our LOS Systems Administration department. As a System Administrator, the primary responsibilities will be: 1) Identifying expecations and system enhancements by tracking tasks, time lines and project milestones. 2) Coordinating, configuring and implementing system enhancements. 3) Developing test plans to assure that business and functional specifications are met during the quality assurance phases. Tracking and documenting specification revisions. 4) Identifying issues and developing effective approaches to resolving and/or settling issues. 5) Testing and troubleshooting new system enhancements and providing feedback on feature reliability, usability and accuracy of system. 6) Acting as a helpdesk liason with system providers. 7) Partnering with Training department on implementing system changes and enhancements. This qualified candidate must have a Bachelors degree and/or related systems and underwriting experience and training. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, communication and multi-tasking skills. This candidate must have strong knowledge of Excel, Access, Quark, HTML, and Word. Previous system administration or project management experience is preferred. Previous knowledge of a Loan Origination System is a plus.
