Storage Administrator

Responsibilities: The Storage Administrator role works under the supervision of the Storage Delivery Manager and is responsible for day to day storage management as required by the Storage Managed Services contract and Service Level Agreements between us and the client. This is a technical role and is accountable for the day to day operations of the storage infrastructure. Responsibilities include: Conduct storage provisioning and availability at the customer site(s). Provisions storage based on standardized procedures detailed in the Operational Run Book and to meet customer agreed upon SLAs. Participate in the execution of the business continuance and disaster recovery plans as agreed upon by us and the customer. Participate in the design and operational execution of the customer's storage disaster recovery process as required. Perform necessary storage infrastructure maintenance in accordance with our customer's change management policies. Perform necessary data migration, as required, as defined by our migration practices. Perform configuration, layout, and performance tuning of storage infrastructure.
