Do you enjoy working with and learning new software technologies? Have you demonstrated your ability to deliver software in new products? If the answer is yes, Ricoh would like to talk with you. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and development of software for workflow and automation in print environments. You’ll also utilize current and emerging software technologies, and have a large impact in a small entrepreneurial team developing new technology for a new business area.

Functional responsibilities:
Tuning and optimizing output in a digital printing workflow.
Developing and maintaining expertise in printing, color, and imaging technologies.
Developing proficiency in software technologies for color, printing, and digital document technology.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have:
BS in Computer Science.
Strong intellectual competencies in color and imaging science are essential.
Experience with PostScript or PDF.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or QuarkXPress.
Experience delivering software through a complete product development lifecycle.
Minimum of 3+ years of software and systems development experience.
Minimum of 3+ years windows-based application development experience.
Minimum of 3+ years C#/C++/Java object-oriented development experience.
Experience with workflow products a plus.
Japanese language skills a plus.
