Senior Material Management Specialist

Automated Information Management, Inc an RGII Technologies Company is currently seeking a Senior Material Management Specialist to provide clerical and computerized system support, input, and maintenance to the Project Material System with primary responsibilities residing with the DOCMAN system (An electronic document management system). Provides physical support to transfer items to and from work area. Required to review, sort and categorize documents as well as research and locate missing invoices, acquisition documents and payment vouchers. Prepare follow-up documents. Must be able to safely lift up to 40 pounds. Utilizes a M4097D Image scanner and perform minor cleaning as deemed necessary for efficient operation.

REQUIREMENTS
HS diploma and 2-3 years experience with inventory, cataloging, and tracking a plus. Must be adaptable in providing both physical and clerical/computerized support for Project Material, Real Property and Personal Property requirements of the Logistics Division. Experience with computer databases, excel spreadsheets and office copiers, fax machine and Ten-Key a plus.

SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES/Hardware/Software required:
Computer literate in office windows software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, database management, e-mail able to access and use internet. Operate standard office machines- calculators, fax machines, and copy machines. Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking capacity and the ability to implement acquired knowledge within, a short period of time.

DESIRED TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCES:
Able to understand and interpret government procedures, policies and regulations, guides and have the capability to communicate such items to employees of various levels and management. Automated inventory tracking systems experience a plus.
