REQUIREMENTS
As a Sales Manager working in our downtown Seattle, WA office, your first order of business will be to learn our product and sales process inside and out. Your previous experience managing a sales team, ideally for a software or high tech company, will allow you to excel as you lead a team of up to ten account executives (who work primarily from the Seattle office with some travel) to ensure revenue attainment to plan and beyond. An ability to efficiently use the Microsoft suite of products, in addition to proficiency with a CRM tool such as Salesforce and a web-conferencing service such as LiveMeeting, will make the technical aspects of the job a breeze. You will shine as a hands-on manager as you utilize your solution selling background to ensure that all team members receive proper training, ongoing skill development, and professional mentoring to achieve goals.
