Program Technical Lead

Chief technical advisor to Director CTNOSC. Supervisor of the engineering personnel. Oversight of tier 2 and 3 support, all new services, and future plans. Daily Responsibilities Continued Supporting the customer with reviews of new technical solutions and recommending a way-ahead as to maintaining a high degree of readiness while doing enough tech infusion to modernize without breaking the bank.
Has to be able to work well with people-both the integrated team and the customer set which includes the CTNOSCs customer also. Support in Task order development and be chief advisor on NETOPS issues and doctrine from the CTNOSC viewpoint. Required: Years of experience (min) 10+ Required: Degree Bachelors Required: Skills Windows 2003 Required: Software Remedy Required: Management/Strategy Consulting Skills Experience tecnical manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ITIL foundations certified as a minimum.
