Program Configuration/Data Management Analyst

Ideal candidate shall possess a Bachelor Degree in computer Science or a related field, plus ten (10) or more years of software quality development, and/or software configuration management experience. Ability to obtain an FOUO or Secret DoD clearance is required.
Skills Needed:
Candidate must be knowledgeable in software development procedures and software configuration management and/or software quality assurance. Experience with both commercial and defense software processes is a must; utilizing PVCS, Razor and Synergy SCM tools. Familiarity with CMMI and AS9100 also required. Must have prior supervisor/lead experience. Must be able to function simultaneously with multiple tasks.Duties Specific to the Position:
Candidate will be responsible for software configuration, participate in software configuration control boards, and maintain software. Candidate will be the CM lead for ensuring process improvements within the Software CM arena are well thought out and properly implemented. Candidate will support compliance with CMMI and AS9100 and will interface with program engineering. Candidate will develop and conduct performance reviews and supervise the software CM staff. REQUIREMENTS
BS or equivalent experience and seven years of related experience is required.
