PC Support Analyst ORIG

Configure deploy and support desktop and notebook PCs. Work with a variety of systems including patch management, anti-virus, etc. as they apply to end-user computers.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange user account administration.
Knowledge of PC hardware servicing.
Knowledge of Windows XP operating system, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project a plus.
Knowledge of PC-level TCP/IP administration.
Excellent phone and communication skills to assist non-technical client base.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be good working in both a team environment and working alone.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.MAC knowledge a plus.
1 year computer industry experience in help desk, technical support or equivalent.
