Job Description

New Business Development within the e-Home group of Microsoft. Identify, qualify and win new business in digital consumer applications in conjunction with leading OEMs and ODMs, influence reference design roadmaps and marketing support resources for digital consumer (Nexperia) product projects. Gain Microsoft's endorsement and support for our SoC in Microsoft reference designs. Actively develop and manage the go-to-market follow through with the ISV and ODM partner relationships, in collaboration with the ODM, OEM and ISV account teams. Work with regional sales and marketing organizations to achieve maximum alignment and leverage in account penetration and support the design in process.

Preferred Profile

5-10 years experience in semiconductor marketing or application development. Knowledge of digital video systems like TVs, DVD players and settop boxes required. Experience in working with the PC or Networking industry required. Familiarity with general market development in networked consumer applications is desired. Excellent communication skills. Candidate will "evangelize" with the support of the BL/BU new product concepts to Microsoft in support of it's Media Adaptor and TV projects, at trade shows and the OEM/ODM customer if necessary. Discover new MS projects and gain support by the BL/BU for engaging on new projects. Develop and actively manage projects in support of Microsoft programs in close cooperation with the BU/BL organizations. Manage projects to the agreed time lines by setting up a review process with clear deliverables and milestones. Develop excellent relationships with the Microsoft project teams, their managers and group leaders.
