MIS/Analyst

Responsibilities: The Information/MIS Analyst is responsible for providing MIS and Analytics to evaluate operational, business process, strategy and portfolio performance for the CAF Collection/Recovery/Remarketing function. Key responsibilities include: Partner with process owners to determine and refine reporting and analysis requirements. Develop test plans to support development of reporting. Participate on Six Sigma project teams and lead data collection/analysis efforts. Partner with DB/MIS Analysts to test and implement new data sources to meet requirements. Develop, test and implement daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc reports that enable data driven business decisions. Partner with Asset Quality, Data Management Team and business owners to ensure consistent definitions are used in reporting/analysis. Analyze and recommend improvements to primary and post primary collections, recovery and vehicle remarketing strategy performance. Analyze trends in losses (credit and residual), roll rates, loss per unit, delinquency levels, bankruptcy filings/inventory to determine contributing factors such as process changes, operational issues, economic trends, portfolio mix and trends. Perform analysis related to the effectiveness of workout solutions offered to customers - extensions, assumptions, rewrites, settlements. Support data analytics and performance tracking on champion/challenger strategies.
