Interactive Media Traffic Coordinator
Cramer-Krasselt is a full-service advertising agency comprised of four offices in Phoenix, Chicago, New York, and Milwaukee. C-K Digital, Phoenix (Cramer-Krasselt’s interactive department) is the interactive hub for production and execution for all C-K offices.
C-K Digital is searching for an Interactive Media Traffic Coordinator with two or more years of experience to manage the setup, trafficking, and follow-up tasks associated with a variety of rich media and standard online advertising campaigns. This position serves as the bridge between our interactive and media departments throughout the entire Cramer-Krasselt network of C-K. This position is responsible for fielding all internal inquiries related to any online media buys, gathering supporting advertising specifications, and managing all aspects of the online advertising placement/trafficking process
General responsibilities include:
Traffic online advertising materials to coordinate with the media buy, scheduling, and execution of booked campaigns within specified flight datesMonitor and report on delivery ad performanceWork closely with the production team to implement tracking tagsTest creative ensuring that it works as expected and meets online specificationsCoordinate and monitor delivery statusInitiate efforts to optimize performance and automate tasksSample list of our online accounts:
AirTran Airways, Bombardier Recreational Products, CareerBuilder, Corona, Heinz, Hyatt, KeyBank, InSinkErator, SRP, Takeda, Tenneco, Wausau, [yellow tail], etc.

REQUIREMENTS
All candidates must be familiar with and have experience using the Atlas DMT online trafficking system or competitive products such as DartMedia or MediaVisor, and must be familiar with rich-media vendors (i.e. PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc.).Individual must be able to communicate effectively and work with others to resolve issues while working closely with account executives, media buyers, production team members, project managers, vendor representatives, and outside publishers.Candidates with advertising agency experience preferred.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience managing work flow and task assignment. Extreme attention to detail needed with strong accuracy in following instructions and strong follow-up skills. Other qualities include: strong written/verbal communication skills, professionalism, leadership, positive attitude, organized, great interpersonal skills, problem solver, self-starter, proactive, etc.
