Identity Management Support Specialist

Key Role:Provide onsite support as part of a team to manage, sustain, and improve identity management systems across a client enterprise. Assess and manage heterogeneous operating environments, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Support a development team by configuring systems in preparation of deployment and system testing, as required, to support the systems development life cycle. Report the system status at regular intervals by preparing activity reports, status reports, and metrics.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:


-3+ years of experience with IT projects


-Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange required


-Experience with the Remedy trouble ticket system required


-BA or BS degree required





Additional Qualifications:


-Knowledge of directory services or databases preferred


-Knowledge of the Microsoft enterprise server environment preferred


-Knowledge of UNIX or Solaris server preferred


-BS degree in CS preferred
