Business Process Reengineering and Transformation Product Conversion highly desired.

Lead multiple teams developing new Healthcare products and supporting vendor or customer specific deliverables. Must work closely with resource managers, resolve development and project issues, identify and mitigate risks, resource management. Insure proper corporate software methodology followed. Communicate accurate and timely information to all levels. Negotiate with ohter departments for project resources and establish priorities.

REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in software development project management and quality focus are required.
* Working and leading across organizational boundaries are key.
* Strong project management skills required.
* Emphasis on providing schedule input, resource planning, and requirements.
* Strong MS Project knowledge.
* Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals a huge plus.
* Knowledge of budgets and financial background desired.
