PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking individuals with strong accounting backgrounds and a desire to contribute to advisory engagements for government community clients. As an Manager in the Washington Federal Practice you will provide advisory services focused on implementing process improvement solutions that strengthen accountability, promote effective risk management, and deliver quality service to Federal agencies and departments which will make a difference in their ability to fulfill their important missions.During your full-time assignment, you will be given the opportunity to identify, assess, analyze and mitigate some of the most significant risks of Federal Government agencies. The risks will be financial, operational and compliance in nature; however, project work takes on numerous forms. Project work could include involvement on internal control reviews, risk assessments, business process mapping projects, or financial statement audits of Federal Government agencies- limited to controls focused support work. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with senior management as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field; Masters degree a plusEssential Requirements:
AA Clearable 3-6 Years Experience in Business Process Reengineering consulting, in particular large-scale business transformations and/or enterprise-wide implementations Federal government consulting experience required Dept of Transportation/FAA consulting experience a plusSecurity Requirements:
In addition to meeting PwC eligibility requirements, applicants will be required to have an active Secret Security Clearance.
