We're looking for great Flash Designers savvy at creating complex ActionScripts, proficient in all versions of Flash, and able to develop in Flash MX (PC & Mac) environment.
We currently have contract and contract to hire positions. These positions handle everything from simple Flash animation to full-on Flash Development for clients ranging from corporations, e-learning companies, small design firms to large advertising agencies.
Ideal candidates will have excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, After Effects and Director skills and understand design, usability, and functionality in multi-platform and browser environments. They will also be familiar with full Web development lifecycles, have a basic understanding of HTML, and be able to juggle many projects at once. Experience with PHP, .NET and or Coldfusion a plus.

As with all our jobs, we're looking for people with strong interpersonal skills who are able to work well with a team.
We aren't looking for newcomers to the world of Flash, but someone with 3 to 5 years experience as a Flash Developer and Web Designer who has a background creating motion graphics, online advertising, banners, screensavers, HTML e-mails, games, CBTs and anything else that can be created with this awesome technology.
You must have min of 3-5 client URLs, screenshots, and/or a portfolio site to be considered for these opportunities.
