Content Coordinator

We're looking for a Content Coordinator to manage third-party licensed images used in our products. This position requires a mix of customer service skills, technical abilities, cross group collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. This role also requires strong problem solving skills. The position will interact with dozens of internal and external clients, including designers, marketing and advertising firms, contracts specialists and possibly stock photography agency account executives.
The tasks in a single day might include: purchasing image licenses in an online purchasing environment, delivering image files to internal clients, entering image license details into internal databases in order to track usage and payment details, researching internal databases to locate historical image license information, communicating about image usage details with internal clients, helping internal clients to accurately identify image id # information, reading image caption information to understand potential restrictions on the use of images, and doing all of the above under often unreasonably tight deadlines.


Requirements:

Candidates should have excellent organization and communication skills.
Experience with digital media is a must.
Knowledge of copyright, right of publicity and other intellectual property issues is a plus.
The job requires having the ability to navigate computerized data entry systems, third-party internet sites and other relevant applications
