UMC’s Information Systems Services Department is a dynamic IT organization, seeking combined clinical & technical capable individual to function in an empowered , teamwork valued, great working environment for one of Tucson premier employers.UMC is seeking a Clinical System Analyst who, under general direction, will be intimately involved with the configuration, support and deployment of clinical information systems. The Clinical System Analyst will formulate and define clinical system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of standard clinical practice and industry requirements. They will devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering clinical processes, patient safety, quality and application capabilities. This will include analysis of workflow, user needs and documentation of requirements. In addition, the Clinical System Analyst promotes and supports the selection and implementation of clinical IT projects.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: A Bachelors degree and three years (six years if no bachelor’s degree) experience in clinical environment with clinical systems implementation, analysis, training and support, proven involvement with on-going support, problem diagnosis and resolution for patient care systems.
