Apps Systems Engineer 3

The position carries the following responsibilities

Provide detailed production report which enables the business to closely monitor team member productivity, throughput efficiency, conversion rate of the incoming customers by customer location, credit grade and types of products applied for.

Develop ad hoc operations analysis to support the decision making process of the senior management team.

Working very closely with the system architect to provide automated web based reporting solutions. The reports will be posted through the fully automated package to the Wells Fargo Intranet web site.

Present the operations reports to the management team.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
4 year degree plus 3-5 years experience.

Highly familiar with Wells Fargo's Home Equity Origination process, including underwriting, processing and funding.

Highly familiar with Wells Fargo's Home Equity products, and an understanding how the product structure impacts the operations.

Proven ability and high degree of proficiency with SQL programming is required.

Highly familiar with the DB2 database. Able to create automated reporting packages in the DB2 environment.

High degree of proficiency with Rapid SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, MS Office, and SAS Enterprise Guide.

High degree of proficiency with MS SQL Server 2005, including a proven ability to write high quality DTS packages.

High degree of proficiency with MS SQL Server Reporting Services 2005, including a proven ability to provide automated
web-based reporting solutions. Proficiency with MS SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 and Integration Services 2005.

High degree of proficiency with MS Visual Studio.Net.

Familiarity with the ACAPS origination system is a must.

Proven problem solving and analytical capability.

Proven track record of writing detailed operations reports to expose the key operations challenges.

Solid communication skills. Proven ability to communicate the very complicated operations report to the senior management in a very easy to understand manner. Quick learner.
* Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Wells Fargo PCM operations and products will be a plus.

Previous work experience within PCM or Home Equity operations and/or reporting is a plus.
