Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
In depth knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
Some knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and query Analyzer.

Experience supporting remote users employing remote desktop access software (Rumba, Live Meeting, WebEx).
