Lead multiple teams developing new web based Business Intelligence (BI) Healthcare solutions. Establish work breakdown, critical path, optimize resource use. Must work closely with resource managers, resolve development and project issues, identify and mitigate risks, resource management. Insure proper corporate software methodology followed. Identify and implement process improvements and metrics to improve quality, production and delivery cycle. Communicate accurate and timely information to all levels. Negotiate with ohter departments for project resources and establish priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in software development project management with emphasis on:
* Java applications, design concepts and process facilitation
* Web 2.0 concepts
* Iterative/Spiral development methods (Agile or Scrum)
* Quality focus
* Working and leading resource requirements
* Strong MS Project knowledge
* Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals a huge plus
* Knowledge of budgets and financial background desired
