Job Description: SummaryMaintains close working relationships with and generates new business from existing key customers. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Serves as liaison between IT Services and Business IT organizations team to maximize service/project effectiveness with the goal of maximizing ROI for IT expenditure. Gathers detailed information about Business IT projects/initiatives, identifies decision-makers, and understands strategic business challenges and priorities for DPWN/DHL.
Skills RequiredAccount Planning - budgeting - pricing; Strong selling skills in both new sales and via an existing customer base for both IT Services and IT Products. Experience in managing sales cycles from inception to close. Ability to develop multiple account plans and execute on each with secured revenue Understanding of Program scoping and requirements engineering processes; Good overview of IT Services applications, technology, services portfolio, skills profiles; Strong negotiation skills; Facilitating, moderating, conflict resolution; Well developed communication and language skills (appropriate to the customer); Strong presentation techniques; Strong know-how in logistics processes and market trends; Good overview regarding generic IT market trends; Stress resistance and issue resolutions capabilities; Flexibility and mobility; Structural and analytical approach and way of thinking; Ability to influence and motivate people; Strong personal presence and authority; Strong team player.
