Workers Compensation Professionals

Key Risk Management Services, Inc. a subsidiary of W.R. Berkley Corporation is a leading Southeastern workers compensation insurance company and third part administrator.We are seeking experienced Workers Compensation Professionals with expertise in GA, TN, or KY. This position will be responsible for technical file management of workers compensation claims and account management. Requires frequent interaction with the account's designated contact, case managers, medical providers, injured workers and attorney.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Georgia adjuster's license and a minimum of two (2) years experience in adjusting Georgia workers compensation claims a must. Possess a four-year college degree. Course work in business law and insurance is desirable. Demonstrate well-developed oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate evidence of self-motivation. Exhibit well defined interpersonal skills.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE
Assume full responsibility for all phases of account management for accounts as assigned and inform management of any unfavorable trends. Conduct the required investigation on all workers compensation claims assigned. Handle all technical aspects of claims including coverage, disability benefit management, medical management, file management, litigation management, subrogation, reserving and settlement. Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of the Workers Compensation Act and Rules and Regulations in the jurisdictions assigned. Attend mediations. Attend client visits and claim reviews.
