The registered nurse will collaborate with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team and coordiate patient assessment, develop/monitor outcomes, implement plan of care and evaluate outcomes and monitor variances to ensure quality patient care. The registered nurse will delegate patient care responsibilities appropriately to licensed and unlicensed members of the health care team and maintain accountability for the quality of care. Will consider Graduate Nurses and part time candidates. Must be flexible with availabilityJob RequirementsCurrent WI RN license. Three to five years of previous speciality experience required (ICU, ER, OR). The system wide float team will be assigned to float to all acute care sites and departments within nursing. Placement of RNs wil be based on the skills needed, critical staffing needs of the dept. and the availability of RNs. Pool (.001) positions are available.
