Training and Methodology team member to support the Supply Chain applications within Resource Management.Position Description

1. Participate in functional reviews to assess the education needs of the team based on new features and functional associated with a new release.
2. Develop / update test plans.
3. Assist in the creation and review of new feature implementation documentation
4. Assist Documentation team with development of New Feature Training Guides
5. Develop internal training plan and material for new releases
6. Work with TMs to identify and address continuing education needs
7. Develop implementation focused distance learning tools
8. Develop / maintain / proctor certification exams
9. Develop / maintain N.E.T. Academy training materials.
10. Conduct the N.E.T. Academy.
11. Review Business Level Requirements
12. Review Solution Level Requirements for future releases
13. Review Functional Level Requirements for future releases
14. Functional testing of base and new features
15. Work with other groups to document / test / educate on product integration
16. Develop Feature Requirement Documents
17. Participate in onsite beta activities
18. Work with TMs to update implementation documentation for new release
19. Work with product and services to identify / develop / rollout new implementation toolsMinimum Requirements

? 4+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
Previous experience with financial or materials applications, relational database theories, and the healthcare environment preferred.Additional Knowledge & Skills

?Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of relational databases
Knowledge and familiarity with personal computers.
Knowledge and familiarity with workstation operating systems including DOS, XP and/or NT.
Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Windows products.
Familiarity with MS Office tools.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Reacts positively to change.
Works consistently without requiring constant supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills
