Training Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Partner with our business clients to analyze, design, develop, facilitate and evaluate programs/systems and tools to most cost-effectively influence human performance in order to meet and exceed their business needs. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.

-Responsible for analyzing problems identified, identify the
scope of the problem, impact on the organization and potential
for improvement.
-Design and Development of training programs (technical, sales
and orientation).
-Selecting alternative instructional methods and delivery
media,creating job performance aids.
-Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the training is
accurate and aligns with business needs.
-Classroom Facilitation; Deliver classroom instruction,
demonstrate, teach, tutor, mentor.
-Evaluate pre/post-training performance (test, development,
certification programs)
-Conduct performance assessments.
-Administer call monitor; Role Play to Coach and mentor
production/fulfillment of employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Extremely motivated to learn and create new and efficient processes. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Desire to be a self-starter without full time supervision. Project planning, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines within a well integrated team environment.
