Trainer

iPCS provides Sprint wireless service to mid-sized cities and rural areas in eight states from New York to Nebraska. Headquartered in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, iPCS has over 400 employees who are located throughout their territory.

We have a potential opening for a trainer located in Normal, IL who will be training in our iPCS markets.

This dynamic and energetic trainer will be responsible for the delivery of new employee orientation and sales training for our sales and sales support staff in our iPCS markets. The trainer will be responsible for design, development and delivery of training programs, job aids and support documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
This individual must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment.

Our training is delivered both in person and virtually so soft skills and technical training experience are preferred. This candidate must be able to work individually and with a team and should be experienced in supervising a classroom or a group of individuals toward common goals. We are looking for someone who is energetic, goal oriented and dedicated to the company and achieving company objectives.

Wireless experience is preferred, but not necessary. Design, development and facilitation experience is necessary. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and must be able to travel with frequent overnight stays.
