Technology Experienced Hire Recruiter

The Technology Recruiter will play a pivotal role in the full life-cycle recruiting efforts for the firm’s consulting practice within the technology competency area. This role, which will report to the Experienced Hire Recruiting Manager, requires significant interaction with candidates, search firms, Diamond consultants and senior management, as well as members of the Recruiting group and other people related functions within the firm.

Specific responsibilities of the Technology Recruiter are:

Meet the firm’s hiring targets by executing on established recruiting strategies

Manage candidates throughout the full life-cycle recruiting process – source to hire

Provide responsive and high quality service to both the candidates and the consulting practice

Participate in bi-monthly interview days; scheduling of interviews, interview day facilitation and end of day discussion

Extend offers and manage post-offer relationship with candidate

Proactive development of recruiting processes to support evolving needs

Build and maintain search firm relations

Share in the responsibility on firm wide initiatives within Recruiting and other people related functions
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience

Technology recruiting experience required

Experience in a professional services organization is preferred

Deep understanding of a candidates skills and experience within technology architecture (Data architecture, Enterprise architecture, Infrastructure architecture, Application architecture and Business architecture)

Experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced, high volume corporate setting

Solid ability and comfort interacting with individuals at all levels in the organization, including senior level Partners

Experience with all types of candidate sourcing (agency, internet, referrals, etc).

Experience recruiting for multiple job functions and industry areas

Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

Strong organization and planning skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Strong oral and written communication skills

Team oriented, customer service oriented, detail oriented

Ability to rapidly adjust to the changing needs of a dynamic environment

Demonstrated initiative and leadership

Commitment and reliability

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Lotus Notes Databases

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
