Technical Trainer, Mid
Key Role: Serve as the training administrator for a client project that provides for the sustainment and upgrade of the Air Force satellite control network. Serve as the project training administrator to develop, test, maintain, and distribute training programs and related materials in support of customer products by anticipating and planning training activities well ahead of schedule. Develop training materials using the Air Force Instructional System Development (ISD) approach. Establish course content and objectives. Develop project-specific training plans, anticipate and plan training activities within the project schedule, and update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance. Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Serve as a member of the training working group.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with ISD training
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Air Force satellite control network scheduling and operations
-Experience with HP OpenView
-Experience with Air Force ISD
-Experience with DoD aerospace systems
-Experience with Oracle or LiveState Delivery
-Knowledge of Satellite Tool Kit
-BS degree in Engineering or a related field
-MCSE or MCSA Certification preferred
