The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a "WOW" experience when leading team interactions with external and internal customers by consistently exceeding expectations. This position will plan, direct and coordinate the delivery of services associated with the assessment, development and delivery of customized Administaff product and service solutions. Other duties include:
Develop, coach, mentor and lead team members for sustained individual and team performance.
Identify, develop, recommend and implement process improvements that result in improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Interview and select qualified candidates.
Create and maintain effective teams to establish goals and objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
Facilitate of new hire training and orientation.
Provide guidance with each service interaction as needed-- face-to-face, written, and over the phone -- in a way that achieves results while strengthening the business relationship and protecting the interests of the client and the Company.
Use knowledge of Company departments, products, services, and resources to deliver timely service solutions and to exercise judgment in planning, executing and accomplishing goals.
Four year degree required.
Ten to twelve experience in Management - Operations and/or General Business.
Three to five years prior management experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Office.
Great problem solving, project management, and resource management skills.
Proven customer service experience in a team environment.
Effective problem solving/decision making/conflict resolution.
Proficient presentation skills.
