Talent Coordinator-HR Generalist
Purpose:
Our client, a Calabasas manufacturing company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This person will be in a generalist role, with some sourcing.
On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staffing department, coordinating interviews, booking travel arrangements for possible candidates, assisting to build relationships with recruiters, and will also be responsible for processing travel expense reimbursement claims.
To be qualified for this position individuals must have the following experience/skills:
*Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Excellent coordination and planning skills
*At least 3 years of Customer Service experience
*Must be able to multitask
*Must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field, or equivalent experience and education
*3+ years Human Resources experience w/emphasis on staffingClassification:ContractCompensation:
