Systems Trainer

The company has rapidly expanded its national network and now offers reverse mortgages in all 50 states.Deliver professional, technical training on company software and computer systems which increases the skill, effectiveness, and satisfaction of employees and associates. conduct software and computer training via classroom, individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, “hands-on” workshops, virtual on-line classes, conference calls, and one-on-one coaching in a professional and engaging manner; demonstrate subject matter expertise and function as a technical resource on essential software and systems used for company and employee productivity; assist in writing, developing and selecting instructional aids/resources such as training courseware, demonstration models, on-line content, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works; install and configure software on to computer systems while being able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues as they arise in the classroom.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
2-5 years of experience with delivery of technical training and training material preparation or equivalent combination of education and prior experience as a Trainer.
Experience with installing and configuring software, trouble shooting, and solving computer issues.PREFERRED
Basic understanding of reverse mortgage operations.
Technical or teaching certifications such as Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), A+ Certified Technician or other teaching/technical certifications.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Access and PowerPoint.
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to adapt to change.
Works well under time constraints.
Ability to learn technical software and applications quickly while teaching it to associates in a clear, simple and useful manner.
